He is on the Board at NorthBay and Acme United (ACU NYSE) Prior to his stint as NorthBay’s CEO he was a Director at EMC Corp. He also served as CEO of Cambridge Technology Vision, an M&A SaaS vendor acquired by Intralinks and was President of ClearSpring Technologies, an event driven management software acquired by Veritas/IBM.
