How will you bill me?
Our premium tiers are billed by credit card. We offer monthly, annual, and multi-year billing options. Your subscription will renew at the end of your term.
What is the refund policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, let us know within 30 days, and we will be happy to issue you a full refund.

What happens if I cancel?
You are free to cancel at any time! When you do, your current plan will last until the end of your billing cycle, unless you choose to downgrade immediately.

Is the Free Forever Plan really free?
Yes! It is so much more than a trial. The Free Forever Plan offers an unmatched level of functionality compared to other “freemium” apps. You can sign up for a free account to record, share and track your video messages – no credit card required!
How do I change my plan if I start on the Free Forever Plan?
Once you have created an account, you will see a handy “Upgrade” button with a billing area to take care of all plan, cycle, and payment details.
What are the limits with this plan?
The Free Forever plan is a bit more lightweight, meaning you have a lower max number of contacts, emails, and videos you can send each month compared to our paid plans. Also, the videos recorded with the free plan will have a zipperHQ watermark on them.
How do I remove the watermark?
To remove the watermark from the videos, you need to upgrade the plan to premium or enterprise.
What happens when I hit my usage limits?
We will let you know as soon as you reach your free account’s limit and help you find the plan that works best for you!
