Account Information:
In order to use the Services, you would need to provide your personal account information.

Subscriber Information:
Subscriber information is the contacts that are on your lists. Subscriber Information includes the names, phones, and e-mail addresses of the individuals whom you contact. ZipperHQ needs this information in order to provide you with the Services. If you do not provide this information you will not be able to use these Services.
Social Media Accounts, Photograph:
If you wish, you may upload a photograph of yourself to your account and provide your social media account handles.
Purchase of Services:
Services purchased from ZipperHQ via credit card are processed through Stripe. The card number is passed securely to Stripe and a token is received in return. At no time is your credit card number stored by ZipperHQ.
Contact Form, Comments, Blog interaction:
If you provide us contact information to learn more about our Services or choose to send us a message with information about yourself or interact with the blog by posting a comment or sharing a post, we will maintain records of your correspondence. This may include any of your questions, comments, posts, or suggestions or your responses to any surveys you complete. This information, without the parts that identify you, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and we may use them and share them with third parties. Also, please note that comments made to public areas will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private.
Applying for a Job:
If you apply for a job on our website you provide us with contact information as well as your resume.

Cookies enable us to personalize the viewing experience of a User of this Website. When a User revisits this Website, ZipperHQ can recognize the User by the cookie and customize the User’s experience at this Website accordingly. For example, ZipperHQ uses cookies to recognize User access privileges to this Website, track Website usage, and keep track of your preferences. ZipperHQ also uses cookies to store User names and passwords that are supplied at registration. As we are not responsible for any personal information you disclose through ZipperHQ Services, we recommend that you exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information through this functionality.
With Your Consent:
Apart from the reasons identified above, we may request your permission to share your Personal Information for a specific purpose.
If you are from the European Union, ZipperHQ will only transfer your personal information if the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We retain your personal information as long as we are providing the Services to you. We retain your personal information after we cease providing Services to you, even if you delete your account, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention, to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations; or where we are required to retain the data by our contractual commitments to our partners. ZipperHQ has its headquarters in the United States and the ZipperHQ Services are hosted the United States. Some or all of the personal information we collect may be stored or processed on servers located in the United States.

As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to laws in those jurisdictions.

ZipperHQ also minimizes the risk to your rights and freedoms by not collecting or storing sensitive information about you.
A note about children
Protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet is very important to us. The ZipperHQ Websites and ZipperHQ Services are not designed or intended for use by children or anyone under the age of 13. ZipperHQ does not knowingly collect information from children. Your Rights and Choices Regarding Your Information
You have options when it comes to your personal information.
Opt-out of email communications:
If you have subscribed to receive periodic promotional and marketing emails from ZipperHQ and would like to now opt-out, you can do so by any of the following options:
- Clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in the email.
- Send an e-mail to hello@zipperhq.com.
- Call us at 1-800-350-3695.
If you do opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing messages, ZipperHQ may still contact you regarding our business relationship with you.
Unlink my social media profile:
Should you wish to unlink your ZipperHQ account from your social media profile, simply log into your account, select “Groups” and click “Integrations”. Select the specific Integration and click “Remove” next to the social media profile you would like to unlink.
Access, verify, correct, update or delete personal information:
You can update certain information by logging into your account. You may also submit your request to hello@ZipperHQ.com. ZipperHQ shall respond and execute your request, subject to any contractual or legal restrictions.
Close your ZipperHQ account:
If you wish to delete your account and stop doing business with ZipperHQ, please contact our customer service representative at hello@ZipperHQ.com.
Complaints:
We would be happy to first discuss and attempt to resolve your issue. Please contact us immediately at support@ZipperHQ.com. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide you with the contact information of the appropriate privacy authority.
If EU data protection laws apply you can also:
- Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information relating to you and if so to request a copy of this information;
- Request that we rectify or update your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
- Request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances provided by law; or
- Object to our use or request that we restrict our use of your personal information in certain circumstances (for example – objecting to receipt of direct marketing: see section “Your Choices with Respect to Your Information”).
Where the processing of your personal information is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of personal information on grounds relating to your particular situation.
If you feel that you have not received a satisfactory response from us, you may file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Your California Privacy Rights
Do you live in California? California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents that use the ZipperHQ Websites and ZipperHQ Services to request certain information regarding how ZipperHQ discloses their personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and what choices they have.

Also, we must let you know about Do Not Track signals. Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. ZipperHQ Websites do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a Do Not Track or similar signal.
Authorized Agents
You may choose a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests (“Authorized Agent”). If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, ZipperHQ requires that you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow them to submit your request and that you verify your identity directly with ZipperHQ. Failure to do so may result in ZipperHQ denying your request.
